Once a website has been completed and approved, we continue to provide support with regard to our web hosting and email services. Our hosting and email utilise reliable quality systems keeping potential problems to a minimum.
If an issue does arise however, customers can contact Web Vistas via telephone or email and our support team will resolve any issue that relates to our services.
Web Vistas also undertakes one-off updates to websites at the request of customers. In addition we offer support contracts where a customer would like us to regularly update their website.
